PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Unpin the cylinder end of the arch and boom cylinders and pivot toward the cab.

Detach the hydraulic lines that route through the arch at the bulkhead in the rear frame (4 lines, two 1 3/8" plugs and two 13/16" plugs required).

Remove the arch and boom assembly.
Remove the arch bearings located in the rear frame lugs and discard.

Using a small die grinder, enlarge the grease hole in each rear frame lug. This will allow the bushing to continue to take grease if some movement reoccurs.

Flush any chips with grease and remove contaminated grease.
Install new 203-6126 Arch Bearings.

Shim arch to the frame.
