Remove the load cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Load Cylinder - Remove".

Install Tool (A) to bracket assembly (1). Install a chain to Tool (A). Install the chain to lower link assembly (2). The chain must prevent all movement of the lower link assembly.

Install a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Tooling (B) weighs approximately 28 kg (60 lb). Install Tooling (B) in order to complete the removal of pin (3). Tooling (B) and the pin weigh approximately 60 kg (130 lb).

Right Side
Disconnect grease line (5). Repeat for the left side of the machine. Remove retainer (6) .

Install a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Tooling (B) weighs approximately 28 kg (60 lb). Install Tooling (B) in order to remove pin (7). The pin and Tooling (B) weigh approximately 60 kg (130 lb). Remove two thrust washers (8) .
Install a suitable lifting device to lower link assembly (2). Disconnect the chain from step 1. Remove the link assembly. The link assembly weighs approximately 110 kg (240 lb).

Remove retainer (9).
Remove four lip seals (10). Use Tooling (C) in order to remove four sleeve bearings (11) .
Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the other link assembly.

Install Tooling (C) in order to remove four bushings (12) from bracket assembly (1). Install Tooling (C) in order to remove three bushings (13) from hitch assembly (14).

Install Tooling (D) in order to remove one bushing (15) from hitch assembly (14). Remove the chain and remove Tool (A) .
