Submit a Dealer Solution Network (DSN) ticket quoting CPI number 345913 and the Technical Information Bulletin media number
Request that the Tier 1 representative, transfer your ticket to an available Tier 2 representative for Caterpillar Underground Mining Base Machine
The Tier 2 representative will request the machine serial number
