Remove relief valve (103) from manifold (100).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Disassemble relief valve (103).
Remove O-ring seals (104) and (105) from the valve body.
Remove cap (107). Remove O-ring seal (106) from the cap.
Record the distance from cap (107) to the top surface of retainer assembly (113). If necessary, loosen locknut (112) and remove retainer assembly (113) from the cap. Remove O-ring seal (108) from the retainer assembly.
Remove shim (111), spring (110), and valve (109) from the valve body.

Remove shuttle valve (114) from the main control valve.

Remove backup rings (115), O-ring seal (118), backup rings (116), O-ring seal (119), and O-ring seal (117) from the shuttle valve.

Remove dust cap (120) and nipple (121). Remove O-ring seal (122) from nipple (121). Repeat this step for dust cap (123) and the nipple assembly.

Remove seat (133), ball (132), spring (131), and pin (130) from check valve (129).
Remove ring (136), O-ring seal (135), and O-ring seal (134) from check valve (129).
