Start By:a. remove transmission hydraulic control linkage 1. Remove bolt (2) and the washer from the hydraulic control valve.2. Move sleeves (1) away from the hydraulic control valve. 3. Remove bolt (3) and the washer from the hydraulic control valve.4. Move sleeves (4) away from the hydraulic control valve. 5. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist to transmission hydraulic control valve (5) as shown.6. Remove bolts (6), (7), (8) and remove transmission hydraulic control valve (5). The weight of the valve is 32 kg (70 lb). 7. Remove sleeves (9) and (11) from the housing.8. If necessary remove O-ring seals (10) from the sleeves.Install Transmission Hydraulic Control Valve
1. If necessary make a replacement of O-ring seals (1).2. Put clean transmission oil on O-ring seals (1) and install sleeves (2) in the housing. 3. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist on transmission hydraulic control valve (3) as shown.4. Put transmission hydraulic control valve (3) in position in the housing as shown. 5. Install bolts (4) that hold the control valve and tighten them to a torque of 48 4 N m (35 3 lb ft).6. Move sleeves (5) into the control valve and install the washer and bolt (6) that hold them. 7. Start By:a. remove transmission hydraulic control valve 1. Remove directional and speed control valves (3) from the valve body.2. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) from the valve body. 3. Make a separation of valve body (4) from manifold valve group (5). 4. Remove the bolts and cover (6) from the valve body.5. Remove the O-ring seals from cover (6). 6. Remove piston (10), spacers (shims) (9), springs (8), (12) and (13) and valve spools (7) and (11) from the valve body.
Retainer (16) and ring (17) have spring pressure on them. To prevent possible personal injury carefully remove ring (17).
7. Remove ring (17), retainer (16) and springs (14) and (15) from valve spool (7). 8. Remove slug (18) from valve spool (11). 9. Use tool (A) to remove ring (22). Remove retainer (21), spring (20) and ball (19) from valve spool (11). 10. Remove dowels (23) and (24) from the valve body.11. Remove valve spool (25), the spring and stop from the valve body. 12. Remove dowel (26) and stop (27) from the valve body. 13. Remove screen (28) from the valve body. 14. Remove plate (29) from manifold valve group (5). 15. Remove the bolts on cover (30) from the manifold valve group.16. Remove the O-ring seal from cover (30). 17. Remove guide (33), spring (32) and valve spool (31) from the manifold valve group.18. If necessary remove the ring and plug from valve spool (31). 19. Remove dowel (34) from the manifold valve group.Assemble Transmission Hydraulic Control Valve
