To prevent possible personal injury, make sure the pressure in the air system is zero before any lines are disconnected.
3. Disconnect air lines (1) and (2) from the master cylinder and rotochamber.4. Disconnect oil lines (3), and (5) from the brake master cylinder and rotochamber. Mark and disconnect the wires from switch (6).5. Fasten a hoist to master cylinder and rotochamber (4). Remove three bolts (7) and remove master cylinder and rotochamber (4). The weight of the master cylinder and rotochamber is 25 kg (55 lb.). The following steps are for installation of the master cylinder and rotochamber.6. Put master cylinder and rotochamber (4) in position and install bolts (7) that hold it.7. Connect oil lines (3), and (5) to the master cylinder and rotochamber. Connect the wires to switch (6).8. Connect air lines (1) and (2) to the master cylinder and rotochamber.9. Fill the brake oil makeup tank with oil to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.10. Bleed the air from the brake system. See Testing And Adjusting for the correct procedure to bleed the brake system.
