The swivel is shown without the hoses from the main control valve. (1) Swivel (2) Hose
Disconnect hose (2) from swivel (1). The hose is at the bottom and to the right side of the swivel.Note: Cap all lines, hoses and tubes in order to prevent foreign material from entering the hydraulic system.Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "General Hazard Information" for information on containing fluid spillage.

Remove hose (15) and hose (16) from the tee in the "BR" port of each travel brake valve.
Attach Tee (6) and Bulkhead Adapter (7) to the hose ends.

The frame is cutaway in order to view the travel brake valve. (14) Travel brake valve (17) "PPG" Gauge Port
Attach Hose Assembly (5) to gauge port "PPG" (17) on the back of travel brake valve (14) .

Remove hoses (18) and (19) from both small motors.
Install Hose (4) in the place of hoses (18) and (19) .

Assemble the gauge and the fittings, as shown.
Refer to Illustration 2 in order to make sure that all of the hoses and connections are correct.
Apply 5170 kPa (750 psi) pressure to the brake ports with hydraulic hand pump (3) in order to release the parking brakes.
Remove the wheel chocks.
Tow the machine to a suitable maintenance area. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Towing the Machine" for more information.
After the machine has been towed to the service area, return the brake circuit to original condition.
