1. Assemble the valve assemblies. Install seal (1) and O-ring seal (3) on plug (2). Install rod (4) or (22) in plug (2). Install shims (5) on seat (6) or (23). Install spool (10), washer (9), spring (8) or (24), spring (7), seat (6) or (23) and plug (2) in body (15).2. Install nut (11), actuator plate (12), joint (13) and plate (14) on body (15). Tighten joint (13) to a torque of 50 5 N m (35 4 lb ft). Tighten nut (11) to a torque of 70 5 N m (50 4 lb ft).3. Install bushing (17) and O-ring seal (16) on body (15).4. Install plate (19), two socket head screws (21) and the washers (20) on body (15).5. Install the lever on the pilot control valve.End By:a. Install the pilot control valve.
