Repair: Adjust the valve lash.
3. Check the Valve Train Components for Wear
A. Inspect the following components of the valve train:
• Rocker arms
• Pushrods
• Valve lifters
• Camshaft
• Valve stems
• Rocker shafts
B. Check the components for the following conditions: abnormal wear, excessive wear, straightness, and cleanliness.

Return the unit to service.
