Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the centershift lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Centershift Lock - Remove". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove solenoid valve (1). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Centershift Lock) - Remove and Install".
Remove sensor (2).
Remove hose assembly (3). Remove fitting assembly (4).

Remove cap (5). Remove O-ring seal (6) from cap (5).
Remove shaft (7).
Remove seals (8) and (9) from cylinder (10).

Remove plate (13) from shaft (7).
Remove seal (11) and ring (12) from plate (13).
