3. Remove two bolts (1) from each side of the radiator. Remove four bolts (2) from the outlet water pipe elbow. 4. Remove radiator core cover (4) after removal of bolts (6). Remove two bolts (5) from inlet water pipe. Loosen hose clamps (3) and slide inlet water pipe down away from the radiator. It can be necessary to remove the inlet water pipe for clearance when the radiator core is removed. 5. Remove eight bolts (7) that hold top tank to radiator guard. 6. Remove only the three bolts (8) as shown. Remove the same three bolts on other side of the radiator. 7. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolts (9) in the top tank of radiator. Fasten a hoist and remove radiator (10). Weight of the radiator is 180 lb. (81 kg).Install Radiator Core
1. Fasten a hoist to the radiator (1). Put the radiator in position in the radiator guard. Remove hoist and eyebolts.2. Install the six top tank bolts that hold the tank assembly to the radiator guard. 3. Install the eight bolts (5) that hold top tank to the shield assembly.4. Install top tank cover (3) with the bolts that hold it.5. Put the inlet water pipe in position on the top tank and install the bolts (2) that hold it. Tighten hose clamps (4) around hose. 6. Install the two bolts (6) on each side of radiator that hold the radiator to shield assembly bracket.7. Install the four bolts that hold outlet water pipe (7) to the radiator.8.
