D6D built in Japan.SUPPLEMENT: 06/21/82SERVICE MAGAZINE, MAY 17, 1982, PAGE 9.In the article, "Fuel Ratio Control Is Now Available As A Group," change the subtitle to read as follows: "All 3300 Series Engines With Direct Injection Scroll Fuel Systems Except Those in D4E, D5B and D6D Tractors Built In Japan".--------------- END SUPPLEMENT ---------------The 7N8622 Fuel Ratio Control Group which is used on the above engines is now available for parts service as a group. The separate components of this group are still available for parts service. Formerly, if a complete group was desired, the separate components had to be ordered and then assembled. To assemble the separate components, the serviceman had to use a fixture group, fuel injection test bench and a special adjustment procedure. Now that the fuel ratio control is available as a group and comes already adjusted, it will make service easier when it is necessary to make a replacement of the complete group.
Make a reference to the Fuel System Section of the Testing and Adjusting module in your Service Manual for the correct adjustment procedure for the fuel ratio control linkage after it is installed on the engine.
