The jacket water couplings need to be replaced on the products listed below. The existing coupling can allow the tubes to slip out resulting in a loss of engine coolant. You will not be charged for

A coolant leak may, in conjunction with other factors or circumstances, result in a risk of personal injury or death.

Rework Procedure
1. Drain jacket water coolant into suitable container.
2. Remove the 7L-3201 Couplings (1) (Image 1.1.1) and tubes (2) from only the jacket water side of the 375-4143 Heat Exchanger.
3. Install 2 of each 423-2808 Coupling (1)(Image 1.1.2) onto tubes (2), and reinstall onto the engine with new 110-7753 O-rings (3), evenly tightening the coupling bolts to a final torque of 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
4. Refill the jacket water system and test for leaks.
Note: Refer to Image 1.1.3 for location numbers.
