Assemble two o-ring seals, (16) and (20), to new connector (22). Install the connector (22) into the left-hand port in the tube assembly (12). Connect the one end of hose assembly (9) to the connector (22). Connect the other end of hose assembly (9) to the solenoid valve group (5) .

Connect new control harness assembly (6) to the solenoid valve group (5). Route the harness along the transmission harness. Secure control harness (6) to the transmission harness with 15 cable straps (18). Secure the control harness assembly (6) to the plate assembly (8) with three cable straps (27). Connect the longer lead of the control harness assembly (6) to the chassis harness and secure with the clip (2) at the front of plate assembly (8). Connect the shorter lead to the lead from the solenoid valve group (7). Secure the connector in the existing clip. Secure the extra harness lead with cable strap (27) .

Remove bottom guards (A) .

Disconnect hoses and harnesses from fan and brake valve (B) at front of case.
Remove fan and brake valve (B) .
Remove mounting plate for fan and brake valve (B) .

Remove brake cooling pump (C) at rear of tractor transmission.

Remove drive shaft (D) .

Remove scavenge pump (E) from rear of the transfer gear box (F) .

Remove transfer gear box (F) .

Remove friction discs (G) and flywheel (H). Discard the part.

Install clutch group (33) with eight bolts (34) and eight hard washers (35). Tighten bolts (34) to 300 40 N m (221 29 lb ft).
Fill volume between flywheel and clutch pressure plate with 200 mL (7 oz) SAE 30 oil.
Reinstall parts in reverse order of disassembly.Note: Verify drive shaft end play is to specification. Bolt depth is determined with assembly of the coupling and retaining ring. There should be a maximum clearance of 3 mm (0.1 inch) between the coupling and retaining ring that assembles to the transfer gear. If bolt and nut in end of shaft need adjusted, apply red Loctite 271 to the threads of the bolt and nut.
