When installing water pump drive, insert 1/2 inch drive wrench into square hole to tighten V-belt.6. Adjust V-belt to correct tension. To adjust tension on V-belts. Refer to Operations & Maintenance Manual, Form No. SEBU6556 for correct V-belt tension.Disassemble & Assemble Water Pump Drive
Start By:a. remove water pump drive 1. Remove bolt (1).2. Aside washer (2). 3. Use tool (A) to remove snap ring (3).4. Remove pulley (4). 5. Replace two bearings (5). 6. Check condition of shaft (6).
