(1) Differential pressure valve
(2) Fan manifold Fan manifold (2) is located at the on the left side of the machine in the front. The manifold is mounted to a bracket which is located below the fan motor. The engine compartment cover provides access to this component.Fan manifold (2) is equipped with a check valve (not shown) and differential pressure valve (1). The check valve prevents the fan motor from cavitating when the engine is stopped.Differential pressure valve (1) maintains a pressure drop of 16 950 2070 kPa (2460 300 psi) across the fan motor. Oil on the outlet side of the differential pressure valve is directed to the steering control unit.
