2 12 8T-4193 Bolt Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Use the following procedure to tighten the bolt.
1. Tighten one bolt on the top.
2. Tighten one bolt on the bottom.
3. Then tighten to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
Repeat the sequence until you tighten all bolts to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
3 4 144-1169 Hex Drive Socket Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Torque to 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
4 2 111-0895 Bearing Cone Inside diameter of the bearing and the housing shaft should be free from oil and rust.
Before installation of inner bearing, apply green Loctite 620 to the inner bearing directly on housing at final location.
Then apply green Loctite 620 to the outer bearing.
5 2 228-0455 Bearing Bore of the bearing is 80.0 mm (3.15 inch).
Apply 143-5466 Synthetic Oil to shaft bearing journals.
6 8 6V-3940 Bolt Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
7 1 6V-0387 Pipe Plug Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
8 1 267-5641 Nut Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Tighten the nut until you reach the rolling torque of 90 to 110 N m (66 to 81 lb ft).
9 1 228-0446 Lip Type Seal Before installation into housing, apply high strength high temperature anaerobic flange sealant to the outer diameter.
After assembly, axial end play of 357-2092 Eccentric Weight Shaft Gp to be between 1.40 to 3.30 mm (0.055 to 0.130 inch).
