If your machine is not equipped with a ROPS, install the fire extinguisher on handrail (2), near the water tank.Do not weld the ROPS in order to install the fire extinguisher. Also, do not drill holes in the ROPS in order to mount the fire extinguisher on the ROPS.If the fire extinguisher is mounted on the ROPS, strap the mounting plate to a leg of the ROPS. If the weight of the fire extinguisher is more than 4.5 kg (10 lb), mount the fire extinguisher as low as possible on one leg. Do not mount the fire extinguisher on the upper one-third area of the leg.
