Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the air conditioner and heater components.

Remove plate assembly (2) and cab air filter element (1). Remove bolts (4) and plate assembly (3).

Remove screws (7). Position temperature switch (9) and wires (8) out of the way. Remove bolts (5) and plate assembly (6).

Remove bolts (10) and (11).

Remove plate assembly (12).

Disconnect wires (8). Remove evaporator coil (13).Note: Mark the location of sensor (14) for assembly purposes.
Remove sensor (14) from evaporator coil (13) and remove temperature switch (9).

Remove bolts (15) and position actuator assembly (16) out of the way.

Remove grommet (18) and screws (17).

Remove heater coil (19).

Disconnect harness assembly (20) and remove blower assembly (21).
