The functions of the indicator lamps are designed to display the maximum amount of information on the minimum number of lamps. The layout and the function of the indicator lamps is dependent on the type of control panel. The following types of control panel are used:

The lamps are the "Warning" lamp (above the Alarms Acknowledge key) and the "Shutdown" lamp (above the Reset Shutdown key).Yellow Warning Lamp - A flashing yellow warning lamp indicates that there are active warnings that have not been acknowledged. In order to acknowledge the warnings, press the Alarms Acknowledge key (1). If there are no longer any active warnings, then the lamp will turn off. If active warnings still exist, then the lamp will change from flashing yellow to solid yellow. A solidly illuminated yellow warning lamp indicates that there are acknowledged warnings that are still present.Red Shutdown Lamp - A flashing red shutdown lamp indicates active shutdown events that have not been acknowledged. In order to acknowledge the shutdown events, press the Alarms Acknowledge key (1). If there are no longer any active shutdown events, then the lamp will turn off. If active shutdown events still exist, then the lamp will change from flashing red to solid red. A solidly illuminated red shutdown lamp indicates that there are active shutdown events that have been acknowledged.Note: Any condition that has caused a shutdown event must be manually reset.The "AC Overview" key (15) can be used to display output information for the alternator on the display screen (16).
