Introduction
Stick I control valve and stick II control valve are used to attain STICK OUT and STICK IN positions of the stick. Oil flow from right pump (31) and left pump (32) are combined. This oil flow is directed to stick cylinder (1) by stick I control valve (17) and by stick II control valve (6) .Shock reducing valve (27) cushions the shock loads that occur during the stop of the stick operation. Shock reducing valve (27) is similar to the shock reducing valve in the boom circuit.Stick drift reduction valve (20) and spool (21) are located in stick I control valve (17). The function is the same manner as the boom drift reduction valve.Note: For more information about the shock reducing valve, refer to Systems Operation, "Reducing Valve (Shock)".Stick Out
When the control lever is moved to the STICK OUT position, pilot oil from pilot control valve (29) goes through shock reducing valve (27) to pilot line (30). The pilot oil passes through pilot line (30) and the pilot oil divides into two paths.One path goes through pilot line (24) and pilot oil enters stick I control valve (17). The oil shifts the stem of stick I control valve (17). The right pump oil in center bypass passage (8) now flows through load check valve (15) and passage (16). Right pump oil enters stick I control valve (17). Oil then flows to stick drift reduction valve (20), through passage (18) and through line (3) to the rod end of
