All joints of the link assembly must have flexibility even with a measurable end play of zero. Flexibility is the ability for movement from the weight of the link assembly.    
-     -     -     Use the following procedure to tighten the track bolts:
1. Tighten the track bolts to
400 70 N m (295 52 lb ft).
2. Again tighten the track bolts to an additional turn of 120 5 degrees.    
-     -     -     The maximum assembly force for the link assembly is
645000 N (145002 lb).    
-     -     -     The assembly force for the master pin (2) is
77000 N (17310 lb).    
A     -     -     Protrusion for the master bushing is
0.00 0.25 mm (0.000 0.010 inch).    
B     -     -     Distance between the bolt holes is
179.00 0.37 mm (7.047 0.015 inch).    
C     -     -     Distance between the bolt holes is
129.00 0.37 mm (5.079 0.015 inch).    
D     -     -     Protrusion for each end of the standard bushing is
4.70 0.25 mm (0.185 0.010 inch).    
E     -     -     Protrusion at one end of the standard pin (1) is
2.00 0.70 mm (0.079 0.028 inch).
