Display
A fault causes a flashing action lamp. The autolube indicator will be illuminated. The autolube indicator is located on the LCD screen.Cause
This event is triggered when the autolube pressure falls below 15847 kPa (2300 psi) during a lubrication cycle. This could indicate an empty drum, no air pressure or a nonfunctional pump.Display
A fault causes a flashing action lamp. The autolube indicator will be illuminated. The autolube indicator is located on the LCD screen.Cause
This event is triggered when the autolube pressure rises above 27560 kPa (4000 psi) during a lubrication cycle.Note: When the autolube pressure reaches 29525 kPa (4285 psi), the Machine Control Module will de-energize the autolube solenoid valve and the Machine Control Module terminates the lubrication cycle.Display
A fault causes a flashing autolube indicator on the Caterpillar Monitoring System's LCD display.Cause
On machines with the mass excavator arrangement, a fault is triggered when the autolube system has been left in the manual lubrication configuration. The manual lubrication system overrides the automatic lubrication system.
