Information:
Control Panel Check
Unplug the control panel.
Jumper wire C548 PK (12V) to pin 3 and jumper wire 200 BK (GND) to pin 4 on the control panel.
Jumper pin 1 to pin 2 on the control panel. The control panel will perform self-diagnostics and then the display will show the air outlet selection switch (upper body) icon (15) .
Press the air outlet selection switch (upper body) (15) .The display will then show the next icon for the button to be pushed. Continue through the check of each button. If all buttons check out successful, the control panel is good. The control panel will continuously check segments on the display. If the control panel is not good, replace the control panel.Note: You must press the buttons in the order that the icons are displayed or you will be returned to the beginning of the test.Relay Check
Check that voltage (24V) is present at relay on wire 124 GN.
If voltage is present, Go to step 2.
If voltage is not present, Repair or replace the wiring harness as required.
Check for voltage (24V) on wire C511 to relay coil.
If voltage is present, go to step 3.
If voltage is not present, go to step 6.
Check the relay coil by unplugging the relay and checking the resistance between pins 85 and 86 on the relay.
If resistance is between 250 and 359 ohms, go to step 4.
If resistence is not correct, replace the relay.
Check to make sure that the wire from the relay is not switching to ground. Plug the relay back in. Check that the proper icon is displayed for the relay that is being checked. If the proper icon is not displayed, press the corresponding button on the control panel. Check the voltage at the switched side of the relay. Refer to table 2.
If voltage is less than 1 volt, replace the relay.
