start by:a) remove air cleaner1. Remove breather (1) from the valve cover.2. Disconnect the wires from the glow plugs.3. Remove eleven bolts (2) and washers that hold the valve cover in position.4. Remove eight reinforcements (4) and the valve cover (3).Install Valve Cover
1. Install a new gasket in the valve cover. Put 5H2471 Cement on the gasket and the valve cover. Put valve cover (1) in position on the cylinder head.2. Put the eight reinforcements in position on the valve cover. 3. Install the eleven bolts and washers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 96 24 lb.in. (11 2.8 N m) in number sequence shown.4. Install the glow plug wires.5. Install the breather in the valve cover.end by:a) install air cleaner
