Seven-Pin Receptacle Connector
The seven-pin receptacle connector, located at the rear of the machine, provides electrical power for trailing equipment.Lift cover to gain access to connector. The numbered pins correspond to the following circuits.(1) frame ground(2) auxiliary switch 1(3) left turn signal(4) brake pedal switch(5) right turn signal(6) running lights(7) auxiliary switch 2Implement Status Switch (If Equipped)
The implement status switch sends signals to the electronic monitor for the AREA PER HOUR and TOTAL AREA functions. When the machine is in operation and the implement is lowered, the accumulation of area continues. When the implement is raised, the switch opens the circuit to disable the accumulation of area function. The implement status switch is electrically connected to the monitor next to the seven-pin receptacle connector.Refer to Special Instruction SEHS8729, for installation instructions.Connection of Implement Hoses
The implement lines quick disconnect couplers can connect with pressure on the implement side, the machine side or both. The couplers can be used with any standard SAE or ISO male tip. In the event of an implement breakaway, the coupler valves close automatically. The decal identifies the flow direction and the circuit number of each set of couplers. The decal is located on the rear of the machine. To connect implement hydraulics to the machine: 1. Move the desired implement control lever to the HOLD position. 2. Insert the implement hose into the coupler. To disconnect implement hydraulics from the machine, move the implement control lever to the HOLD position. Then pull the implement hose out. Connecting and disconnecting the implement hydraulics will be easier, if the implement is lowered to the ground to reduce trapped pressure.Swing Drawbar
The swing drawbar can be pinned at location shown above if a fixed drawbar is required or the pin can be removed when free-swing operation is preferred.Side-To-Side Drawbar Adjustment
Remove the pin, reposition drawbar as desired and insert the pin through the drawbar and the support.PTO Implement Attachment
To avoid personal injury due to entanglement with rotating shaft, keep PTO master cover and all power drive system covers in place. Install PTO shaft guard when the system is not in use.
When operating PTO driven implements, center and lock the drawbar to avoid possible machine and/or implement damage.
Attach implement to the machine before connecting the PTO.Drawbar Implement Attachment
This machine is equipped with a 1000 rpm, 20 spline, 45 mm (1.75 in) diameter shaft. The required dimension from the PTO shaft end to the hitch pin hole is 508 mm (20 in). When operating without a PTO driven implement, this dimension is 407 mm (16 in).Adjust the drawbar in the following manner: 1. Remove pins (1), (2) and (3).2. Remove bar (4) and turn end for end.3. Push bar (4) in and insert pins (2) and (3). Make sure the drawbar is pinned in the center position whenever a PTO implement is used.4. Attach the clevis equipped implement to the drawbar.PTO Connection
1. Remove two bolts (1) and PTO output shaft cover assembly (2).2. Connect the implement drive line to the PTO output shaft. Make sure the
