Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Position unit injector hydraulic pump (11) and the O-ring seal. Install bolts (9) .
Connect hose assembly (12) .
Apply Tooling (A) to the first three threads of the O-ring seal port end of tube assembly (10). Install tube assembly (10) .
Apply Tooling (A) to the first three threads of the O-ring seal port end of tube assembly (8). Install tube assembly (8) .
Connect harness assembly (7) .

Position fuel priming pump and filter (water separator) (5). Install nuts (6) .
Install tube assembly (4) .
Connect clip (3) .
Connect hose assembly (1) .
Connect harness assembly (2) .
