Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to vane pump (8). The weight of vane pump (8) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to position vane pump (8) and the O-ring seal to the machine.
Install the washers and two nuts (6) (not shown).
Install tube assembly (7) .
Connect hose assembly (5) and hose assembly (4) .

Install bolts (3) .

Position guard (2) and install bolts (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
