Lubricate
Lubricate two grease fittings per ring on each drum.Steer Cylinder Ends
Lubricate Fittings
Wipe all fittings before lubricating. There is a grease fitting for each end of each steer cylinder for a total of four fittings.Oscillating Pins
Lubricate Fittings
Wipe all fittings before lubricating. There is a grease fitting for the front and rear oscillation pins. Both grease fittings are located on the right side of the pivot housing.Steering Pins
Lubricate Fittings
Wipe all fittings before lubricating. The two grease fittings for the steering pins are located on the rear frame above and below the pivot housing.Vibratory Bearing Reservoir
Check Oil Level
1. Move the machine until the welded item is at the bottom of the drum. This will properly position the sight gauge. 2. Observe sight gauge. Bearing lubricant should be visible in the center of the sight gauge. 3. If the lubricant level is low, remove plug at the top of the drum and add bearing lubricant until it is visible in sight gauge. Do not overfill.4. Replace the plug.5. Repeat the procedure for other the drum.
