Information:
1. Drain the hydraulic oil tank into a suitable container.2. Remove two bolts and washers. Open left access panel door. 3. Remove four bolts (3) and washers.4. Remove three bolts (1) and washers.
The radiator hood assembly cover has many pinch points during the installation and removal procedures. Use proper care to avoid personal injury.
5. Attach Tool (A) to two bolt holes (1) called out in Photo C52375P1. Support radiator hood assembly cover (2) with a suitable hoist.6. Remove radiator hood assembly cover (2). The weight of the radiator hood assembly cover is 62 kg (130 lb). 7. Remove two bolts (5) and washers. Reposition air conditioning condenser for oil cooler removal.
Freon has NOT been evacuated from the air conditioning system, be very careful or personal injury could occur.
8. Disconnect hydraulic line (4). Cap or plug immediately.9. Disconnect hydraulic line (6). Cap or plug immediately. 10. Attach a suitable lifting device to inner cooler (12).11. Loosen two hose clamps (7).12. Loosen two hose clamps (8).13. Remove four bolts (11) and washers.14. Pull inner cooler from the two hoses.15. Remove inner cooler (12).16. Attach a suitable lifting device to oil cooler (9).17. Remove ten bolts (10) and washers.18. Remove oil cooler (9). For installation of the oil cooler, reverse the removal steps.19. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level. See the Operation & Maintenance Manual.
