PROBLEM
0R7467 Heads with the date codes 16506, 17206, 17306, 17406 might not have the 4P7639 Plug and 7E-8276 Gasket installed. If these heads are installed on a engine without the plug, combustion gases will blow out the combustion relief passage in the head.
ACTION REQUIRED
Verify that the 4P7639 Plug and 7E8276 Gasket is installed in all 0R7467 Heads with the date code 16506, 17206, 17306, 17406. If a 0R7467 Head with the date code 16506, 17206, 17306, 17406 is found to not have the plug and gasket installed, please return the head.
SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
Submit one claim for all parts removed from dealer parts stock.

Please return 0R7467 Heads without the 4P7639 Plug and 7E8276 Gasket to:
