Place a suitable lifting device under the cover of the cab heater assembly (9) .
Remove nine nuts (10) and the washers.
Lower cab heater assembly (9) from the bottom of the cab.

Remove bolt (11) .

Disconnect electrical connector (13) from blower assembly (14) .

Loosen hose clamp (15). Disconnect hose (2) .
Remove four bolts (17) and the washers. Remove heater coil (16) .Installation Procedure

Install heater coil (16) into position. Install four bolts (17) and the washers.
Install hose (2) on the cab heater assembly. Secure hose (2) with hose clamp (15) .

Connect electrical connector (13) to the blower assembly (14). Raise the cab heater assembly into position.

Install bolt (12) and the washer.

Place a suitable lifting device under cab heater assembly (9) and put the cab heater assembly into position in the cab.
Install nine bolts (10) and the washers.

Install the valve assembly (8) . Secure valve assembly (8) with two bolts (7) and the washers.
Install hose (2). Secure hose (2) with hose clamp (1) .
Install cable assembly (4). Secure cable assembly (4) with cable clamp (5). Secure cable clamp (5) with screw (3) .
Install the end of cable (4) onto the lever. Secure the end of cable (4) with clip (6) .

Use an appropriate lifting device. Raise the cab from tooling (A) .End By: Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
