3. Remove two bolts (1) from each side of the radiator. Remove four bolts (2) from the outlet water pipe elbow. 4. Remove bolts (3) then remove engine side guards (4). 5. Remove bolts (8) then remove top tank cover (6).6. Loosen hose clamps (7) and slide hose (5) down on inlet water pipe.7. Remove the nuts that hold the fan guards to the shield assembly, remove fan guards (9). 8. Remove the fourth bolt (10) from each side of the top tank. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolts. 9. Fasten a hoist to the radiator core and guard. Remove the bolts (12) that hold the radiator guard to the machine frame. Remove the radiator core and guard (11). Weight of the unit is 600 lb. (270 kg).Install Radiator Core And Guard
1. Fasten a hoist to the radiator core and guard (1). Put the unit in position on the machine frame. Install the bolts that hold it.2. Remove the hoist and eyebolts. Install the two bolts that were removed from the top tank. 3. Install the top tank cover (2) and the bolts that hold it.4. Install the fan guards (5) on the shield assembly with the nuts that hold them.5. Slide hose (3) on inlet water pipe and tighten hose clamps (4). 6. Install the engine side covers. 7. Install the two bolts (6) on each side of the radiator that hold the radiator to shield assembly bracket.8. Install the four bolts that hold the outlet water pipe (7) to the radiator.9.
