ACTION REQUIRED
Before Failure DEF Valve Rework Procedure:
1. Disassemble the existing 419-5039 DEF Valve Kit and remove the injector by loosening the two M4 bolts.
2. Replace the existing O-ring seal by the new 481-5353 O-Ring Seal.
3. Install the injector back to the valve block. Tighten the two M4 bolts to a specified torque of 3 N.m.
4. Install the 481-5354 Seal and reassemble the completed valve kit to the catalytic converter group with two new 191-8921 Bolts and 3B-4504 Lockwashers.
After Failure DEF Valve Rework Procedure:
1. Replace existing DEF Valve with a new 416-5039 DEF Valve Kit.
