Disconnect hose (1). Disconnect hose assemblies (2).

Disconnect V-band clamps (3).

Disconnect hose assembly (4). Disconnect V-band clamp (5) and bellows (6).

Measure the orientation of the outlet flange of the compressor housing from the oil outlet face. Record the measurement as Dimension (X). Measure the orientation of the inlet flange of the turbine housing from the oil outlet face. Record the measurement as Dimension (Y).Note: Record Dimension (X) and Dimension (Y) for installation purposes.

Remove plug (9) from both sides of the turbo.
Install Tooling (A) in place of plug (9).
Install Tooling (B) into Tooling (A).
Attach a suitable lifting device onto turbocharger (7). The weight of turbocharger (7) is approximately 141 kg (311 lb).
Remove bolts (8). Remove turbocharger (7).

Remove screen assembly (9) and O-ring seal (10).
