Install one O-Ring seal (26), and one O-Ring seal (18) onto connector (27). Install the connector to the engine block. Install the end of hose assembly (28) with the 90 degree bend to the connector. Install the other end of the hose assembly to the side port in tee (19) in the side port of the fan drive group.

Install one O-Ring seal (29), and one O-Ring seal (14) onto connector (30). Install the connector to the engine block. Install the end of hose assembly (31) with the 90 degree bend to the connector. Install the other end of the hose assembly to the bottom port in tee (21) in the bottom port of the fan drive group.

Use six bolts (32), and six hard washers (11) to install fan adapter (33) to the fan drive group. The approximate weight of the fan adapter is 8 kg (17.0 lb).

Use six bolts (34), and six hard washers (6) to install fan drive pulley (35) to the fan drive group. The approximate weight of the fan drive pulley is 12 kg (26.0 lb).

Use four bolts (36) to install pulley (37) to the crankshaft.

Use Illustration 26 to install fan wiring group (39) .
Use the six bolts saved in Step 13 to attach the fan to fan adapter (33) .

Install guard assemblies (61) and (62) that were saved in Step 8.

Refer to Illustration 28. Install one clip (50) on hose assembly (24). Install one clip (50) on hose assembly (25). Position the clips as shown in Illustration 28. Use one bolt (51), two hard washers (2), and one nut (52) to fasten the clips in position.
Install one support (53) to the engine as shown. Install one clip (54) clip around hoses (31) and (28). Use one bolt (3), two washers (40), and one nut (52) to secure the hoses.
Install one clip (54) around both hoses. Position the clip as shown. Use one bolt (55), two washers (40), and one sleeve (56) to secure the hoses to the engine.

Refer to Illustration 29. Install one support (53) to the engine in the position shown. Install one clip (57) to hose (31). Position the clip as shown. Use one bolt (3), two hard washers (2), and one nut (52) to secure the clip.
