Torque the nut of band clamp to 12 2 N.m (106 18 lb in).
2 4 348-9252 Bellows As Ensure that the bellows are installed in the proper direction as marked on the bellows by an arrow.
Ensure that the distance between the convolutions of the bellows assembly is uniform.
3 2 246-4924 Gasket After assembly, bend the tab of the gasket to the surface that is adjacent.
4 8 349-3559 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).
5 2 322-5830 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 50 20 N m (37 15 lb ft).
6 2 6V-4429 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft).
