Install the electrical connectors to Control Manifold Gp (1) .
Install the two existing fan pump hoses assemblies to Control Manifold Gp (1) with two O-Ring Seals (2). Install the hose assembly that attaches to the rear of Control Manifold Gp (1) with O-Ring Seal (2) .

Remove the 6V-9008 Elbow and O-rings from the 280-6907 Hose As .
Install Check Valve Gp (3) with O-Ring Seal (2) to Control Manifold Gp (1) .
Install Elbow (4) to Check Valve Gp (3) with O-Ring Seal (5). Install the existing 280-6907 Hose As to Elbow (4) with O-Ring Seal (5) .

Install Elbow (6) with O-Ring Seal (7) to Control Manifold Gp (1) .
Install a Swivel Tee (8) to the Elbow (6) with O-Ring Seal (9) .

Install the 301-7944 Hose As or 205-9425 Hose As to Swivel Tee (8) with O-Ring Seal (9) .

Install the 302-1483 Hose As or 331-7536 Hose As to Swivel Tee (8) with O-Ring Seal (9) .

Install two Connectors (10) into Control Manifold Gp (1) with two O-Ring Seals (7) .

Connect the Hose As that was installed in Step 21 of ""Fender and Muffler Installation"" to Connector (10) at the front of Control Manifold Gp (1) with O-Ring Seal (9) .

Connect the Hose As that was installed in Step 22 of ""Fender and Muffler Installation"" to Connector (10) at the rear of Control Manifold Gp (1) with O-Ring Seal (9) .

Install Clip (11) on each of the hydraulic lines and secure the two Clips (11) together with Bolt (12), two Hard Washers (13), and Nut (14) .
Install Clip (11) on the Hose As that was installed in Step 15 and secure Clip (11) with Bolt (15), Hard Washer (13), and Hard Washer (16) .

Install Clip (17) to the clip for the existing hydraulic lines using the existing hardware.
Install Clip (17) to the cylinder lines and secure the clip to the machine with Bolt (12) and Hard Washer (13) .

Install Clip (17) to the cylinder lines and secure the clip to the machine with Bolt (12) and Hard Washer (13) .
Install Clip (17) to the clip for the existing hydraulic lines using the existing hardware.
Attach an air purge hose to the pressure port in the accumulator charge valve.
Fill the hydraulic tank.Note: Refer to Operations and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)".
Pressurize the tank to 103 kPa (15 psi) using a breaker valve to prevent over-pressurization.
Disconnect air purge hose after steady stream of oil is observed coming out of the hose.
Check the oil level in the tank and fill to the full mark if necessary.
Pressurized the tank to 103 kPa (15 psi) again.
Start the machine and allow
