Loosen bolts (AA) and install clip ladders (8) in each of the locations where the bolts (AA) were loosened. A total of six ladder clips (8) should be installed on the right side (RS) of the primary conveyor. Refer to Illustration 26 for the location of the six required ladder clips (8) .Note: Refer to Illustration 28 for the proper ladder clips (8) orientation.

Remove and discard existing bolt. Install bracket (15) and bolt (4). Note: For proper orientation of bracket (15) refer to Illustration 30.

(GG) Hose
Route hose (2) through the right side (RS) of the primary conveyor from tee adapter (6 ) to bracket (15). Refer to Illustration 30. Hose (2) length should be 3600 25 mm (141.73 0.98 inch), use strap cable (3) to hold the component in place.Note: Cut hose to length once routed within the machine.
Connect hose (2) to tee adapter (6) and hose (GG) to the other side of tee adapter (6) .

Install connector (1) to Nozzle (12)

Connect hose (2) to connector (1) on nozzle (12), secure with clamp (7) .
Install Nozzle (12) to bracket (15) using strap cable (3). Primary Conveyor Left Side

Connect hose (2) to male connector (5), secure hose (2) with clamp (7) .

Install connector (1) to Nozzle (12)

Connect hose (2) to connector (1) on nozzle (12), secure hose (2) with clamp (7) .
Install Nozzle (12) to bracket (15) using strap cable (3). Note: Verify nozzle orientation.Water Spray Operation
Turn on the water spray system and verify proper operation.
