Left rear swing drive (1) Brake release lineDisconnect the brake release line (1) for the swing parking brakes at the left swing drive. Plug the brake release line but leave the tee port open. This will ensure that the swing brakes will not release when the swing function is actuated.

Remove inlet hose for the swing signal (9) from the solenoid valve. Disconnect signal line (10) from the fitting on swing dual pressure relief valve (4). Connect the inlet hose for the swing signal (9) to the fitting on swing dual pressure relief valve (4). Cap the port and plug the hose in order to prevent contamination from entering the hydraulic system.
Start the engine and select throttle position 10.

Swing piston pump (11) Adjustment screw for the high pressure cutoff
Turn the adjustment screw (11) for high pressure cutoff clockwise until the engine becomes loaded. Turn adjustment screw (11) clockwise for an additional quarter turn.
Slowly actuate the swing control to the full left position or the full right position.
