Installation Procedure

Install the O-ring seal, gear pump (13), and bolts (17) .

Install hose assembly (14), the clamps, and the bolts to gear pump (13) .
Install hose assembly (12), the clamps, and the bolts to gear pump (13) .
Connect hose assembly (15) .
Connect harness assembly (16) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

Place the remote drain hose assemblies (11) into position and install the bolts.

Install depth gauge (3), the indicator, the washers, and the nuts.
Install support assembly (9) and the bolts.
Install hydraulic cylinder (2), pin (8), and the cotter pin.
Connect hose assemblies (10) and (7) to valve block (6) and hydraulic cylinder (2) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to tow arm (5). Lift tow arm (5) into position.
Install depth gauge (3) and the bolt to tow arm (5) .
Install hydraulic cylinder (2), pin (4), and the cotter pin to tow arm (5) .
Remove the suitable lifting device from tow arm (5) .

Use two people to install right access door (1). The weight of access door (1) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb). Install access door (1) and the bolts.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position and close the left side access door.
