Electric Fuel Refueling Pump (If Equipped)
Personal injury can result when storing hose improperly. When storing the spirally bundled suction hoses after refueling, do not return them to the machine immediately.
Use the following procedure to pump fuel and store hose.Open the access door located on the left side of the machine. The electric fuel refueling pump pumps fuel into the fuel tank.
Do not operate the refueling pump more than 30 minutes continuously or too long without fuel. Pump damage can result.
1. Remove cap (1) from the fuel tank.2. Unlatch the storage box cover located at the rear of the fuel tank. Remove the cover and suction hose (2).3. Insert the free end of suction hose (2) into a container of fuel. 4. Push refueling pump switch (3) in to transfer the fuel to the tank. When the tank is full, the pump stops refueling. Release refueling pump switch (3).5. Make sure excess fuel is drained from suction hose (2) before storing. 6. When storing suction hose (2), coil the hose in the storage box and install the storage box cover.
To prevent hose damage, do not coil the hose in a tight radius.
7. Install cap (1) on the fuel tank.8. Close the access door.Implement Control Levers Adjustment
The implement control lever position can be adjusted forward and backward. Select the desired position to allow full lever operation.
Before starting adjustment work of the implement control levers, be sure to put the hydraulic activation control lever in the LOCKED position to prevent any possibility of unexpected movement of machine.
The illustrations used here show the left console. 1. Hold grip (1) and pull knob (2) up. Then move the sliding console forward or backward until left implement control lever (3) is placed in the desired position.2. When implement control lever (3) is moved to the desired position, release knob (2) and slightly move grip (1) back and forth until the sliding console is locked in this position. 3. Visually check the adjusted position by markings provided on the top of cover (4). Adjust the right implement control lever in the same manner as that described for the left implement control lever. The left sliding console can move more distance than the right console to provide more space so that an operator can easily get on or off the machine.Seat Adjustment
Seat adjustment should be checked at the beginning of each shift or when changing operators.Always use the seat belt when operating machine.Adjust seat to allow full pedal travel with operator's back against seat back.
The seat position can be adjusted forward or backward, upward or downward and seat back tilt. Select the desired position to allow full pedal and lever travel. To adjust the seat suspension, turn knob (1) until the indicator reads the approximate weight of operator within the range of 50 to 120 kg or 110 to 265 lbs. Turning knob (1) clockwise increases the reading and turning it counterclockwise decreases the reading.Pull up and hold lever (2) to move the rear of the
