Install O-ring seals (28) onto manifold group (1).

Install orifice (27) into manifold group (1). Tighten orifice (27) to a torque of 48 N m (35 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (25) and backup rings (26) onto plug (19).

Install O-ring seals (23) and backup ring (24) onto relief valve (16).

Install O-ring seals (22) and backup rings (21) onto valve assembly (15).

Install valve assembly (15). Tighten valve assembly (15) to a torque of 24 3 N m (212 25 lb in).
Install relief valve (16). Tighten relief valve (16) to a torque of 35 2 N m (26 1 lb ft).
Install nipple assembly (17), elbow (18), plug (19), and adapter (20).

Install solenoid (13), nut (12), and cap (14). Tighten nut (12) to a torque of 5 1.5 N m (45 10 lb in).

Install O-ring seal (9), backup rings (10), and O-ring seals (11) onto valve assembly (6).

Install plug (5), valve assembly (6), elbow assembly (7), and plug (8) into manifold group (1). Tighten valve assembly (6) to a torque of 95 7 N m (70 5 lb ft).

Install plug (2), pressure sensor (3), and adapter (4) into manifold group (1). Tighten pressure sensor (3) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft). End By:
Install the flow control and relief valve (rear axle oil).
