(1) Lubricate the seals with a thin covering of lubricant that is being sealed. (2) Tighten two opposite bolts to an equal torque. Tighten the remaining two bolts to an equal torque. Repeat the procedure until all bolts are at the proper torque. (3) Install three equally spaced bolts (3). Tighten three bolts to preliminary torque. Ensure that lower cap (8) is flush with front frame (6). Measure gap (B) between front frame (6) and upper cap (4) at all three bolts. Use the smallest measurement (B) to determine correct thickness of shims. Install shims (5) of thickness (B) under upper cap (4). Install seven bolts (3).
