4. Remove ladder assembly (2).5. Remove four bolts (8) and move brake oil diverter valve (7) and tube assembly (6) away from the brake oil cooler.6. Remove the bolts and elbow (5) from the brake oil cooler.7. Loosen the clamps that hold the hoses to bonnets (1) and (4). Move the hoses away from the bonnets. Fasten a hoist to brake oil cooler (3). Remove the bolts that hold the brake oil cooler in place, and remove brake oil cooler (3) from the machine. The weight of the brake oil cooler is 72 kg (158 lb.). The following steps are for installation of the brake oil cooler.8. Fasten a hoist to brake oil cooler (3). Put the brake oil cooler in position, and install the bolts that hold it in place.9. Slide the hoses in position on bonnets (1) and (4) and tighten the clamps that hold it.10. Make sure the O-ring seal is in place in elbow (5). Put the elbow in position on the brake oil cooler, and install the bolts.11. Make sure the O-ring seals are in place on brake oil diverter valve (7) and tube assembly (6). Put the diverter valve and tube assembly in position, and install bolts (8).12. Install ladder assembly (2).13. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.14. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.15. Remove the body retaining cable, and lower the truck body.
