Remove four bolts (1) and remove the gasket.

Remove bolt (2) and remove air transfer pipe (3) .

Remove two bolts and gasket (4) and remove tube assembly (5) .

Remove two bolts (6) in order to separate the turbocharger (12) from the drain tube (7) .

Remove four bolts (8) and slide the exhaust elbow (9) from the turbocharger (12) .

Loosen hose clamp (10) .

Remove four bolts and gasket (11) and remove turbocharger (12) .Installation Procedure

Position the turbocharger (12) and the gasket on the engine and install four bolts (11) .

Tighten hose clamp (10) .

Slide the exhaust elbow (9) into the turbocharger (12) and install four bolts (8) .Note: Check the condition of the gaskets that were removed from tube assemblies (7) and (5). If the gaskets are worn or damaged, replace the gaskets with new parts.

Position drain tube (7) against the turbocharger (12) and install two bolts (6) .

Position tube assembly (5) and install two bolts (4) .

Note: Check the condition of the O-ring seals that were removed from air transfer pipe (3). If the O-ring seals are worn or damaged, replace the O-ring seals with new parts.
Position air transfer pipe (3) and install bolt (2) .
