Ensure that the tube stack and the aftercooler housing are clean and free from restriction. Ensure that the tube stack and the aftercooler housing is free from wear or damage. If necessary, replace any components that are worn or damaged.

Install a new O-ring seal (8) onto tube stack (7). Install tube stack to the body of the aftercooler housing.
Install a new O-ring seal (8) to tube stack. Position end cap (10) and install allen head bolt (3) finger tight.
Install a new O-ring seal (12) to tube stack. Install spacer (5) to tube stack. Install a new O ring seal (12) to tube stack.
Position end cap (4) and install allen head bolt (3) finger tight.
Tighten allen head bolt (3) and allen head bolt (13) to a torque of 22 N m (16 lb ft).
Install a new sealing washer (2) to valve (1). Install the valve to aftercooler housing (6). Tighten the valve to a torque of 22 N m (16 lb ft). End By:
Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Install".
