Removal Procedure
Start By:
Open hood and remove side panels.

Disconnect clamps (1) and remove hose (2) .

Loosen clamps (3) and disconnect hose (4) .

Disconnect oil line (5). Disconnect drain tube (6) .

Remove clamp (7). Remove bracket (8) .

Remove clamps (9). Reposition exhaust back pressure valve (10) out of the way.

Remove bolts (11) and turbocharger (12) .Installation Procedure

Clean the mating surfaces of the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger. Clean the mating surfaces of the tube assemblies.
Ensure that the turbocharger inlet and the turbocharger outlet are clean and free from restrictions. The turbocharger shaft must rotate freely.
Install new gasket between turbocharger (12) and the exhaust manifold. Install the turbocharger in the reverse order of removal.
