Information:
pressure sensor for the all wheel drive uses an automatic calibration function. Calibration of the pressure sensor is required when the sensor indicates a pressure and the actual pressure is zero. The AWD ECM is able to subtract the offset by measuring the pressure when the machine is off.Perform the following steps in order for the ECM to run the automatic calibration function on the pressure sensor.
Turn the key start switch to the OFF position.
Slowly remove the cap from the hydraulic oil tank.Note: The cap can hold 103 kPa (15 psi) of residual pressures.
Place the AWD switch in the OFF position.
Turn the key start switch to the ON position.Note: Do not attempt to crank the engine.
Wait for at least 2 minutes.
Replace the cap on the hydraulic oil tank.
Start the engine.
Engage the AWD feature and verify normal operations.
Turn the key start switch to the OFF position.
