1. Fasten a hoist to fan (1). Remove eight bolts (3), and remove the fan from the fan drive. The weight of the fan is 88 kg (194 lb).2. Fasten a hoist to fan guard assembly (2). Remove the bolt that holds the fan guard assembly to the bracket assembly. Remove the fan guard. The weight of the fan guard assembly is 40 kg (88 lb). The following steps are for installation of the fan and fan guard.3. Fasten a hoist to fan guard assembly (2).4. Put the fan guard assembly in its original position, and install the bolt that holds it to the bracket assembly.5. Fasten a hoist to fan (1). Put the fan in position on the fan drive, and install eight bolts (3).
